A prominent realtor in the Pittsburgh PA area, Jill Stehnech came to me looking to strengthen her social media presence but didn’t have the time, energy, or strategy to keep up with consistent posting. Her content relied heavily on basic Canva templates and lacked the variety needed to stand out in a competitive real estate market.

Together, we built a clear content plan focused on four pillars, educational insights, local highlights, listings, and personal storytelling. This approach gave Jill a more dynamic, strategic presence online, helping her increase visibility, build trust, and attract new clients.
